    This module discusses the fundamental concepts of New York workers' compensation law. Liability for compensation and common defenses are discussed. Both avoidance of liability and mitigation of damages are treated in this module.

  • Legal Module II: New York Workers' Compensation Claims Management

    This module focuses on the use of New York's many forms to achieve claims management goals.

  • Legal Module III: Selected Problems in New York Workers' Compensation

    This module provides a more in-depth treatment of selected issues. Labor market attachment, fraud, expedited hearing process and caps on permanent partial disability benefits are discussed.

  • Exam

    One exam is included in the New York Workers' Compensation Series. It consists of 50 questions with a 90 minute time period. You must first take the New York Workers' Compensation Series training modules before taking this exam. You will have one attempt to pass this exam. You will have one attempt to pass this exam with a passing score of 70% or higher. (Additional exams are $50.)
